Chef Joanne Yolles’s career as a pastry chef began almost 40 years ago and she is known internationally for her scrumptious desserts as previous Pastry Chef at Scaramouche – one of Toronto’s best restaurants.
She will do a Hands-On baking session, provide best baking tips and tales from “Behind the Scenes”.
