David Peimer – Masters of Mystery & Imagination

Dame Agatha Christie is the undoubted ‘Queen of Mystery and Crime’. She wrote 66 detective novels, created Hercule Poirot and Miss Marple, and wrote the world’s longest-running play, The Mousetrap, which has been performing in the West End since 1952. We will look at the remarkable life and work of the best-selling fiction writer of all time who sold over two billion copies of her books!

The one and only Sherlock Holmes was created by Sir Arthur  Conan Doyle, a physician. Sherlock – intelligent, quick witted, rational as a set of equations, and solver of Victorian crimes! Together with the Queen of Crime we will explore the life and work of the King of Detectives.

We will explore their characters in literature and film.
