Romance, passion and manners intrigue us forever in these remarkable works of literature: Women in Love (DH Lawrence) & Anna Karenina (Tolstoy).

What would life be without the ‘’first touch of hand in hand’’? Or, as Dorothy Parker said: “my love is all my world, and I wish I’d never met him!”.

In these presentations we discover how each writer sees the strange fevers of the heart. Is romantic passion like the visiting moon or can it ripen and be invincible, regardless of social class?
