Raoul Wallenberg and Carl Lutz were two individuals who played significant roles in saving thousands of Jews during the Holocaust. Both Raoul Wallenberg and Carl Lutz demonstrated extraordinary courage and compassion in the face of immense danger, and their actions stand as powerful reminders of the potential for individual bravery and humanitarianism in the darkest of times.

Under the leadership of Ferenc Szálasi, the Arrow Cross Party collaborated with Nazi Germany and implemented harsh and brutal policies, particularly targeting Hungary’s Jewish population.

In the series:
Mar. 6: The Nazis invade and Eichmann arrives in Hungary. The strange story of Kasztner.
Mar. 13: Good and Evil: Wallenberg and Lutz, rescuers. Arrow Cross, Hungarian murderers
May 8: State of Israel v Malchiel Gruenwald – “The Kasztner Trial”
May 15: The Eichmann Trial
