Dr. Nicholas Maes has a PhD in Classics and is both a university instructor (Waterloo) and a high school history teacher. He is a writer of fiction and has published an adult novel (Dead Man’s Float) as well as many young adult ones (Laughing Wolf, Crescent Star). He is currently at work on a non-fiction study of Modernity and its workings.
