Jeanne Mackin is an historical novelist whose books weave fact and fiction around the lives of real women, including Eleanor of Aquitaine, Coco Chanel and most recently the muses of Pablo Picasso. Her books have been translated into nine languages.
She has also published non-fiction and is a prize-winning journalist, recipient of a research fellowship from the American Antiquarian Society, and a fellow of the Charles Dickens Society.
