Trudee Romanek is a playwright, award-winning author, and co-creator of Theatre by the Bay’s pandemic-friendly walking tour Ghost Watchers. Her play Bright Daybreak was featured in Calgary Lunchbox Theatre’s 2021 New Canadian Works Festival. Her comedy “I” on the Prize won the President’s Award at Theatre on the Ridge’s 2022 Snapshots Festival. This summer her play Tea for Two was read at South Simcoe Theatre and her play One Shift at a Time will be read as part of the Simcoe County Theatre Festival as well as being produced as part of Belleville’s Theatre in the Wings’ Summer Short Play Festival.
